A question we constantly ask ourselves here at TModel Corporation is how we can offer better, more efficient technical support to our software and services customers. We are hoping that our internet site will come to provide the same consistent technical support that our BBS service has provided, with much lower cost to users who are not in our immediate area. We believe that the internet is the communications and research tool of the future and has the advantage of linking our resources directly with transportation resources all over the world. To that end, we recently updated the content and structure of our internet site, making it we believe both more comprehensive and easier to navigate.

Changes include a page with updated email links to everyone here at TModel, on-line access to TModel Reports--the TMODEL User's Group newsletter--through 1995 to the present, an area devoted to each of our software products including an in-depth discussion of TMODEL2, a current list of important transportation links, and, in the works, an area containing informational files for download.

We now offer our current TMODEL2 maintenance users the opportunity to list their business or agency information on a page linked to our homepage. If your TMODEL2 maintenance is current, you may list your business name, the name of a contact person, your address, telephone, and fax numbers, a few words describing your services and areas of expertise, as well as your email address and your homepage URL, if appropriate.
