As usual, TModel Corporation is making changes. We are moving the operations from our Annapolis, Maryland office and concentrating our efforts in the Vashon, Washington office. Those of you who have called the Annapolis number may have already noticed that you were directly connected to Vashon. We are focusing our efforts in one office to make TModel Corporation as efficient as possible. Our goal is to continue to improve the fine service that you have been receiving.

To improve customer support, our (800) T2MODLR toll-free number will be connected to the fax server. If you have any technical questions at those odd hours that no one is in the office, please jot them down and fax them to us on our (800) T2MODLR number, and we will get to them as soon as possible. Of course, you can also call toll free with the (800) T2MODEL number between 8 and 5 Pacific time to discuss your questions.

In addition, the TModel BBS is now in its tenth year. We are constantly updating it to include new tools as well as support TModel Corporation Software. We encourage you to also contact us by BBS (206) 463-2133 and upload any data files that are causing you a problem. Because we are constantly updating, make sure and check it on a regular basis for new tools and modules.

For those of you who have worked with Dave Larrabee, he is still in Annapolis for now. Dave will be working with TModel Corporation on special projects, training, and programming.
