1. Please fill out form completely. All disks are 1.44MB, 3-1/2" unless other arrangements are made. Washington State residents please add 8.4% sales tax.

2. Terms are payment with order unless prior approval has been obtained. Terms for governmental agencies are Net 30 days. Interest is charged monthly on past due amounts at 1.5% per month (19.6% APR).

3. Shipping and Handling is $15.00 per order in the United States and $25.00 per order to Canada. International shipments are $60.00 via Air Parcel Post. Overnight shipment or other arrangements are available at extra charge.

4. TMODEL Sample Offer prices are credited to the purchase of the full system if the full system is ordered within 12 months of Sample Offer shipment.

5. All TModel Corporation products are supplied under a license agreement and guaranteed against media defects. License agreements and complete warranty information is available upon request.

6. All TModel Corporation products are supplied with a license agreement permitting use of the product on one computer at a time. Multiple copy discounts are available for additional licenses.

For multiple copies used at the same address, the additional copies are discounted 50%. These additional copies may not be transferred to a new address unless all copies are also transferred.

For Multiple Copies at more than one address by one organization, the discounts are: 2 to 5 copies: 10%; 6 to 10 copies: 15%; 11 or more copies, 20%. Discounts are calculated on all copies purchased in one order by the organization. If additional copies are purchased later, the higher discount rate for the total number of copies applies but only on those purchased at that time.

NCAP Manager is discounted $200 if you already own NCAP. Multiple copy discounts also apply to the list price of NCAP Manager. LPlate is available for only $450 for active TMODEL maintenance customers.

7. Workshop Discounts. Standard TMODEL Workshops: TMODEL users with current maintenance (1 year free with purchase of TMODEL) receive a $200 discount. Additional persons from the same organization receive a $200 discount from published class fee. Advanced Workshops: TMODEL users with current maintenance receive a $100 discount and additional persons from the same organization receive a $100 discount from the published class fee.

8. TMODEL Layer Files are available for every county in the United States. Please specify the county and state desired. These files are "flattened" from longitude and latitude. Please specify and whether you want the files on individual or combined coordinate systems. Layer files are available for only $90 each for active maintenance customers.

9. Telephone Support is included free. TMODEL Software Maintenance is included in the purchase price for the first year. Software maintenance charges are based upon the list price at time of contract renewal and the level of service desired. Annual fees are 9% ($342) for Internet support only, 12% ($456) for the Internet and quarterly mailing of update disks in the U.S., and 15% ($570) for the Internet and quarterly mailing of update disks to international locations. A discount of 10% is given if purchasing 2 or more years of maintenance. Locations with multiple licenses only need purchase maintenance for one license.

10. Return & Exchange Policy: Defective disks will be exchanged. We do not accept returned software. If you are unsure if the software meets your needs, please try the sample version or ask to review the manual first.
